Enrollment

We welcome any family interested in enrolling at Children’s Montessori Center to schedule a visit with their children. Upon a scheduled visit, families will receive a tour of the center, be introduced to teachers, and have an opportunity to ask questions. We also encourage children to explore the classroom and curriculum, meet new friends and get a feel for their new environment. As to not disrupt classroom schedules, tours will be scheduled between 9-11:30am and 3-4:30pm. If a scheduling conflict occurs, an agreed upon time to visit may be scheduled. At the conclusion of the tour, families interested in enrolling will be given state required paperwork to complete, tuition rates, an enrollment contract, as well as other program information.

Enrollment Procedures

To secure enrollment, a non-refundable deposit equal to one month of tuition is required along with completed paperwork, a signed enrollment contract, and documentation of each child’s immunizations and a physical completed within one year of enrollment. Collected deposits will be used as payment for the last month of tuition as stipulated in the enrollment contract. Invoices are available upon request.

Once all documentation and a deposit are received, a developmentally appropriate starting date will be agreed upon between families, classroom teachers, and the director. The first month of tuition will be due before the child’s starting date, and families are welcomed to visit the classroom again before their first day of school!

Reserving Enrollment

In case enrollment is full and a family would like to reserve future enrollment, all required documentation including immunizations and a physical completed within one year must be submitted. While priority will be given to full-time and full-day enrollments, subsequent enrollments will be determined by the date completed documentation is received.

September Enrollment

Before the school year ends, families will be contacted in regards to their interest in enrolling for the next school year. Interested families will be asked to submit updated and signed paperwork, an updated physical within one year, a signed enrollment contract, and a deposit equal to one month of tuition for the next school year. Collected deposits will be used as payment for the last month of tuition as stipulated in the enrollment contract. Enrollment priority will be given to current families over any new enrollments.
